AAR’s 24 month College Graduate Training and Development Program partners with colleges and universities for the purpose of identifying and hiring graduates for exciting opportunities to develop within AAR.
Education/
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required. PC literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus. Interested candidates must have a solid academic record and possess the interpersonal skills necessary for success at AAR, such as integrity, flexibility and a positive attitude.
General

Early in their careers, participants will be able to contribute to the success of our company while interacting with senior leadership.
