| Overview: |
Map material, data and financial flows of existing supply chains and for newly designed supply chains.
·Identify system integration touch points within a supply chain between trading partners.
·Understand requirements of US DOD supply chain technologies such UID, RFID, WAWF, Mil-Std and identifies appropriate system solutions.
·Understand system requirements for support of supply chain activities such as inventory management; material forecasting, planning, provisioning; DMSMS; aircraft configuration management; traffic management; import/export compliance, etc.
·Identify and help implement new and innovative solutions that add value to AAR supply chain logistic and service offerings.
·Document existing processes in forms that are readily accessible to customers and business.

Education/
Experience: |
•Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of
Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or
university; or eight years related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
|
General
Comments: |
·Provide technical support during sales phase for new supply chain support programs.
·Negotiate vendor agreements for various web-based services and administer accounts for those services.
·Communicate costs, dependencies, schedules, decisions, risks, expectations, tasks and all other critical information to IT and business stakeholders during proposal phases and during operational implementation.
·Gain understanding of AAR’s supply chain systems (especially IMOPS and GOLD) systems, and build functional expertise in specific areas key areas.
