Primary responsibilities include documenting and
maintaining documentation for system
enhancements and developments, conducting formal
classroom training sessions, as well as one-on-
one training, and delivering new employee
orientations.
•Conducts internal group and one-on-one training
sessions.
•Works closely with the End-User Computing team
to develop high quality training materials and
services.
•Recognizes and identifies potential areas where
existing policies and procedures require
change, or where new ones need to be developed.
•Works with other I/S staff to improve the
efficiency of the system from the users’ point
of view.
•Serves as liaison between I/S and other
departments regarding systems development,
implementations and education.
•Creates and updates system and internal user
documentation.
•Provides some support to the Help Desk, Network
and Desktop teams.
Education/
Experience:
•Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from
two-year college or technical school; or a
minimum of four years related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education
and experience.
