The Contract Service personnel support the
selling function and will carry out a variety of
tasks and functions in support of the product
line. Responsible for all supplier liaison
activities while ensuring that supplier
performance is internationally competitive in
all aspects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Create and issues repair orders for aircraft
and aircraft rotable components
-Allocates sales orders to repair orders.
-Researches TAT and convertibility.
-Expedites critical repair orders.
-Clears rejects in a timely manner.
-Updates the marketing staff of critical changes
in prices or delivery dates.
-Research market for new suppliers as needed and
initiates approval via postal audits
-Oversees and trains Contract Service Personnel
-Examines estimates of material, equipment, and
production costs, performance requirements,and
delivery schedules to ensure completeness and
accuracy.
Education/
Experience:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-
year college or technical school; or four years
related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and
experience.
