Overview:
Brief Description of Job:
Develops and directs company wide program and
facility security clearance requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement corporate security
clearance procedure manual ensuring proper
security procedures are designed, published and
correctly implemented by on-site personnel.
•Develop, monitor and/or conduct training
initiatives to all designated AAR Federal
Security Officers (FSO) as required.
•Directing the process of accrediting and
operating secure areas as mandated by the
National Industrial Security Program.
•Obtain, maintain and terminate personnel
security clearances issued to those employees
working on contracts for the U.S. government
using the JPAS system.
•Perform security functions as required for
visitor badges when it is necessary for
employees to obtain when visiting military bases.
•Conduct initial security briefings,
debriefings, indoctrinations and re-
indoctrinations as war
Education/
Experience:
•Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of
Science degree (B.S.) from four-year College or
university; or eight years related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
•MS Office experience with Excel and Word is
required.
