Receiving Inspector (Contingent on AAR registration to do business in Bahrain)

Overview:
Brief Description of Job: The Quality Control
Inspector will be responsible for processing
incoming material to ensure that all AAR and
government standards are met.
Responsibilities:
•Process daily incoming material to meet Quality
Control requirements as stated in the AAR
Quality Control Manual.
•Full knowledge of AAR policies and procedures.
•Experience with:
oAll paperwork related and necessary of the
parts and ensure that it meets AAR’s quality
requirement.
oExpedites and monitors materials shipments from
freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure
prompt delivery
oLiaise and provide prompt feedback with
internal and external customers in a timely
manner
oFollow Up and coordinate all material
discrepancies and payment issues with vendor,
product lines and accounts payable.
oAll other duties as assigned.
Education/
Experience:
•High school diploma or general education degree
(GED) required. Must have a minimum of 1 year
related experience and/or training.
•Aviation experience preferred
•PC literate (Word, Excel, Access) a plus.
