This position manages a repair start-up site
it's responsibilites include: Provide/assist in
site area business development. Work closely
with local customers in order to develop
contracts and steady work load. Perform on site
inspections to initiate repair quotes in support
of customer needs. Assist customers with any
and all issues. Direct customer to proper people
(engineers) to answer their questions if unable
to answer. Schedule work loads in order to meet
or exceed contract completion deadlines. Ensure
all tools are on hand as required. Submit in-
depth inspection sheets for the quote process.
Develop parts request Build of Materials
(BOM’s). Submit BOM’s to buyer for procurement
in support of all approved repairs and or
warranty work. Track all expenses by job
number.Have in-depth knowledge of repair
procedures for all AAR Product lines.
Education/
Experience:
Has proven capability in technical customer
relations as evidenced by a minimum of 5 years
customer service experience in the industry.
Has broad technical and analytical business
skills as typically evidenced by completion of
an associates or bachelors degree or equivalent
work experience. Excellent college level writing
and speaking skills.

Comments:
Other job functions include:Have an
understanding of the current and future AAR
product line and sales catalog information to
support sales staff as required. Coordinate
shipping and receiving of all inbound and
outbound product lines for repairs. Schedule and
coordinate with sub contractors to perform
repairs when required. Schedule service repair
technician and coordinate contract and or
warranty work with customers for off site
repairs as needed. Schedule specialized
equipment and or repair training for technicians
when required.
