Aircraft System Project Engineers provide Engineering Expertise/Support on aircraft systems design, manufacturing and maintenance of air carrier / regional and military aircraft components. Project Engineers apply engineering techniques in testing of aircraft components, develop procedures/ data recording and practices related to maintenance, certification and manufacturing of tooling, equipment and repair/overhaul of aircraft components. Project Engineers work closely with the overhaul and repair personnel, providing direct technical support related to production operations, equipment modifications, repair/overhaul capabilities and repair development.
Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in an applicable Engineering
discipline from four-year college or university;
with one to two years of additional aviation
related experience, perferred.
