The Mechanical/Project Engineer will provide Engineering
Support on aircraft systems design, manufacturing
and maintenance of air carrier / regional and
military aircraft components.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
*Respond to production or customer requests to troubleshoot and repair complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems used for testing aircraft components inclusive.
*Design and build new electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical systems that enable creation of new product line capabilities for Operations to test aircraft components, enhance production capacity, efficiency, and/or quality.
*Review and determine in-house capabilities from existing equipment and tooling perspective and develop designs/recommendations on equipment to be purchased or manufactured.
Education/
Experience:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.
Bachelor's degree in an applicable Engineering
discipline from four-year college or university;
with one to two years of additional aviation
related experience, perferred.
