On-Site Program Manager

| Overview: |
Has overall responsibility for the daily
operation of a specific Defense Systems &
Logistics (DS&L) Supply Chain Management (SCM)
program directly supporting U.S. military
forces, allied forces, or major defense OEMs
supporting those forces. Works with DS&L
Directors, other Program Managers and corporate
business development and contracts specialists
to develop program proposals, implementation
plan, business case analysis and staffing plan
for the program.
Responsibilities:
-Leads all program employees to support the
direct performance mission and to ensure that
corporate and business unit goals are met.
-Provides program-specific inputs for the
development, implementation and execution of the
overall DS&L business plan.
-Coordinates program activity with the Director,
Defense Programs and other Program Managers to
ensure that common resources and skills are
leveraged across all programs.

Education/
Experience: |
Bachelors Degree or 8 years of related
management experience.
- Advanced degree desired.
-Commissioned service in the U.S. Armed Forces
for at least 5 years.
- Minimum of 10 years demonstrated success in
either a military service or commercial business
supporting military logistics, operations,
maintenance, contracting or program management.
