Director of Capture Management

| Overview: |
Uses sales forecasting and strategic planning to
ensure the sale and profitability of products
and product lines, analyzing business
developments and monitoring market trends.
Identifies, develops and evaluates marketing
strategy based on facility objectives, market
characteristics and cost/markup factors.
Evaluates the financial aspects of product
development, such as budgets, expenditures,
research and development appropriations, and
return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
Formulates, directs and coordinates marking
activities and policies to promote products and
services, working with advertising and promotion
managers. Manages all proposals. Works with
management, operations, quality and engineering
staffs to develop and implement strategic
marketing plan. May act as spokesperson for
specific programs in assigned market sectors as
necessary.

Education/
Experience: |
Has proven capability in technical sales and
marketing as evidenced by a minimum of 10 years
sales/marketing experience. Minimum of 10 years
governmental proposal writing experience. Broad
technical and analytical business skills as
typically evidenced by completion of a bachelors
or masters degree. Excellent college level
writing and speaking skills. In depth
understanding of business functions including
accounting and human resources.

Comments: |
Directs the hiring, training, and performance
evaluations of marketing staff and oversees
their daily activities. Consults with product
development personnel on product specifications.
