The Assembly Technician I will build a variety
of quality subassemblies using a variety of
methods. Also provide technical direction,
ensuring the correct procedures are followed in
the manufacturing of AAR Composites products.
Interacts directly with Technicians, Production
Leaders, Quality Control and Engineers in the
day to day activities related to production.
Education/
Experience:
To perform this job successfully, an individual
must possess a high school diploma or
equivalent. The individual must have a minimum
of three years experience in a related technical
field.
General
Comments:
-Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
-Able to perform all level II Assembly
Technician requirements.
-Instruct fellow Assembly Technicians, as
required.
-Consistently meet or exceed Budget and
scheduled requirements.
-Work independently, if required with limited
supervision or as a team member.
-Set goals and manage smaller jobs with little
supervision.
-Recognize, analyze and resolve routine problems.
-Capable of building any type of assembly for
one specified area.
-Assist in training of other Technicians.
-Other duties may be assigned.
